Purchased from the Jenny Packham boutique in Mayfair, London (one of Kate Middleton's favourite shops).
This is an absolutely stunning dress made from 100% silk. The shape is beautifully flattering and would suit any figure. The light layers of silk chiffon move gorgeously as you do and look soft and delicate in photographs. It cost $4000 new.
I am 5ft 4" and wore the dress with 3" heels. The dress would be perfect on someone slightly taller than me. If you are shorter, then you could have it taken up or wear higher heels! I have put the American sizes here. The dress is a UK size 8-10.
I have worn this dress once on my wedding day. Due to the delicate nature of the silk, there are some pulls in the fabric and there is a small tear in the back. I will photograph and upload pictures of these shortly. These pulls were created when trying on the dress before my big day and are unnoticeable once on. All beading and embellishments are intact. The dress has a low V-shaped back and has not been taken up or altered in any way.
